, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Associate Account Manager to their team in Orange, CA.
Job Summary:
Handle and process new and renewal commercial lines business and claim inquiries. Initiate cross-sell opportunities from the existing book of business and develop new client sources when possible. Provide in-house customer service support to commercial lines customer service representatives.
Essential Functions:
Input customer applications into the agency management system using carrier rating applications.
Assemble applications, schedules, loss runs, photos, appraisals, and other supporting documentation for submission to insurance carriers for policy issuance.
