Shift
Enjoy a predictable 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts - working only about half the month (15 days), with every other weekend off. This is a night shift role (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM). Additional hours, including some weekends and overtime, may be needed to support production demands.

What You’ll Do
This position supports injection molding operations and focuses heavily on repairing and maintaining complex molds. Toolmakers work independently in the tool room using mills, lathes, grinders, welding equipment, and precision measuring tools to keep molds production-ready.
All candidates will complete a mechanical and electrical aptitude assessment as part of the process.

Our Florence, Kentucky components plant manufactures battery containers, covers, and PowerFrame® grids. Since opening in 1978, we’ve grown to employ 150 people and operate six days per week. We proudly support the community through food and hygiene drives and local nonprofit partnerships.
