MATTER’s marketing team drives growth by attracting entrepreneurs and corporate partners and by delivering high-quality marketing programs that support MATTER’s partnerships, venture acceleration and brand goals.
We seek a collaborative, highly organized marketing manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing deliverables for MATTER’s corporate partnership programs. This role serves as the primary marketing partner to MATTER’s Partnerships team, translating program goals and contractual commitments into clear, effective marketing plans and ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand and within scope.
The ideal candidate has experience managing integrated marketing programs involving multiple stakeholders, channels, deadlines and approval processes. In this role, you’ll lead program marketing from kickoff through completion, including communications planning, landing page builds, email and social promotion, partner toolkits, event and program collateral, launch announcements, creative coordination, approvals and performance reporting.
Success in this role requires strong project management, sound marketing judgment, excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous or fast-moving situations. You should be comfortable owning a portfolio of programs, identifying risks early, setting expectations with internal and external stakeholders and making thoughtful tradeoffs when priorities or scope change.
This role reports to the marketing director, part of MATTER’s leadership team.
Lead marketing planning and execution for MATTER partnership programs from kickoff through launch, promotion and post-program follow-up.
Translate partner goals and contractual commitments into clear communications plans, timelines, deliverables, owners and approval processes.
Develop coordinated program marketing assets across web, email, social, events, presentations and partner toolkits, coordinating internal and external creative resources as needed.
Serve as the primary marketing partner to the Partnerships team, proactively identifying risks, scope changes, dependencies and resource needs.
Ensure all program marketing is on brand, high quality and delivered on time, while improving templates, processes and repeatable ways of working.
Track and report program marketing performance, capture lessons learned and identify proof points, case studies and opportunities to improve future programs.
