Primal designs and manufactures custom cycling apparel for clubs, teams, events, bike shops, and corporate partners. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to build lasting partnerships and expand our custom business.
The Role
We’re hiring an Account Executive to build strong customer relationships, win new custom apparel accounts, and grow existing business. This is a hunter role at its core — you'll be out in the field, at races, trade shows, and group rides, building genuine relationships with team captains, club presidents, event directors, and corporate buyers who need custom kits built right.
You'll own the sales cycle up to the design process: prospecting, consulting on product and fit needs, quoting, closing, then nurturing those accounts into repeat, season-over-season partners.
This role is ideal for someone who's energized by travel, comfortable guiding a customer through products and pricing, and who sees selling as an extension of relationship-building rather than a transactional exercise.
