• As our Quality, Environment & Compliance Analyst

, you'll be at the heart of our SHEQ function, turning data into meaningful insight and helping ensure our management systems remain effective, compliant and fit for the future.

What does a typical day look like?

Manage and continually improve our management system, supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.

Plan and deliver internal audits, track actions and support teams to drive improvements.

Coordinate external certification and surveillance audits, ensuring we're always audit-ready.

Develop and maintain SHEQ dashboards, reports and performance metrics.

Analyse quality, environmental and compliance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

Produce meaningful management information that supports decision-making across the business.

Maintain legal and compliance registers and monitor changes in legislation and standards.

Work closely with colleagues across the business to identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.

Support the wider SHEQ team by providing trusted data, reporting and assurance.

What we're looking for

• Knowledge of ISO management systems, focusing on quality and environmental.
• Confident planning, supporting and conducting ISO audits.
• Analytical skills and the ability to identify SHEQ trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups and Power Query.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in quality, environmental management, compliance, data analysis or a related discipline.
