POSITION SUMMARY: Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has immediate openings at the Albuquerque Convention Center/KIVA Auditorium/ SPARK Sports Complex. Under general direction collects tickets, greet and assist guests at events including answering questions that arise. This position represents the facility with outstanding friendly custom service greeting and assisting guest at events.
Will also assist guests answering questions that arise and will report problems or concerns to appropriate department. We require an individual to have great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn and work in a team atmosphere.
