Job Summary
Leads a production team to safely meet daily output, quality, and delivery expectations. Owns staffing, workflow, problem-solving, and communication on the floor. Ensures employees have what they need to succeed—direction, materials, equipment, feedback, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign work, set expectations, and adjust staffing to meet schedule demands.
- Monitor production flow, efficiency, scrap, downtime, and labor usage.
- Hold team members accountable to safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards.
