About the Opportunity
Summary:
The Assistant Coach of Men's Rowing will work closely with and under the supervision of the Head Coach in the management of a Division I Men's Rowing Program aspiring to compete for a national championship. The Assistant Coach will bring strong sport specific knowledge and experience to this position with the expectation that this role will contribute significantly to the professionalism of the coaching staff and the integrity, quality, and success of the program and the student-athletes.
The Assistant Coach will have input into the technical and physiological training programs implemented. The Assistant Coach will also work closely with the Head Coach to recruit exceptional student - athletes. The Assistant Coach will work under the direction of the Head Coach to advance the skills and strength of all of the student-athletes (freshmen through seniors) and all of the crews within the Men's Rowing Program.
