Physical Therapist - Surprise, AZ at HealthOp Solutions | LAYIQ

Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and functional training
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

Required
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based orthopedic care
Preferred
Outpatient orthopedic experience
Experience with manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation
New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship
