Position Summary
The Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning and sanitation of plant production equipment and facility operations. This role leads and develops the sanitation team while ensuring a safe, clean, and food-safe environment that supports efficient production and quality standards.
Salary Range DOE: $79,473 - $99,349
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, coach, develop, and evaluate sanitation team members.
- Oversee daily sanitation activities for production equipment and facility areas.
- Conduct safety audits, participate in safety meetings, and address unsafe conditions.
- Complete and maintain accurate production and employee reporting, including timesheets.
- Troubleshoot sanitation issues and implement effective solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives and a quality-first culture.
