THE MISSION

Help turn client goals into organized, thoughtful marketing programs while becoming a trusted, proactive contributor to the Integrated Marketing & Strategy team.

Our team supports clients across influencer marketing, events, brand strategy and identity, website strategy and development and other integrated marketing needs. Account Executives help connect the client, the strategy and the people responsible for bringing the work to life.

Your job is to keep projects moving, communicate clearly, anticipate what is needed next and help solve problems before they become roadblocks. As you grow in the role, the expectation is that you look beyond assigned tasks, develop stronger client and business judgment, and take greater ownership of day-to-day work.

Client goals come first.

Start with what the client needs to accomplish, then help determine the channels, partners and next steps best positioned to support that goal.

Stay one step ahead.

Do not wait to be asked for the obvious next step. Keep the team informed, flag risks early and think about what the client or project will need next.

Be curious and resourceful.

You will not always have an immediate answer. Ask smart questions, research options, talk to new people and bring forward a recommended path rather than stopping at the problem.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

You are not expected to arrive as an expert in every marketing channel.

Specific influencer, event, brand or website experience is helpful but not required. You are expected to learn quickly, understand how different disciplines work together and build broader channel knowledge over time.

You are not expected to lead client strategy alone.

Senior team members own overarching strategy, senior counsel and complex client conversations. You are expected to understand that strategy, contribute ideas and increasingly connect your work to the client's broader goals.

KEY

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client & Account Support
• Support day-to-day client relationships while developing a strong understanding of each client's business, goals, audiences and ways of working.
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials, participate in client calls, capture decisions and next steps and complete follow-ups without repeated prompting.
• Translate client questions and feedback into clear direction for internal teams, asking questions when details or priorities are unclear.
• Keep account leads informed of progress, next steps, opportunities and potential challenges.
• Integrated Project Management
• Help manage projects from kickoff through delivery, keeping scopes, timelines, budgets, approvals, deliverables and outstanding decisions organized.
• Coordinate work across account, strategy, creative, web, paid media, PR and outside partners so everyone understands what is needed and when.
• Support assignments across influencer campaigns, events, brand strategy and identity, website redesigns, consulting engagements and website builds as client needs shift.
• Identify potential roadblocks early, raise them with the appropriate team members and help develop practical solutions that keep the work moving.
• Review materials for accuracy, completeness and alignment with the brief before they are shared internally or with clients.
• Influencer Programs & Events
• Research creators, partners, vendors, venues and other resources that align with client goals, audiences and budgets.
• Support outreach, vetting, contracting, logistics, content reviews, approvals, product shipments, guest lists, invitations and other program details.
• Communicate professionally with creators, vendors and new contacts and confidently ask the questions needed to evaluate options or solve problems.
• Provide on-site event and activation support as needed and remain calm, flexible and solutions-focused when plans change.
• Creative & Strategic Contribution
• Actively contribute ideas during brainstorms, planning sessions and account discussions.
• Conduct research that helps the team understand audiences, competitors, cultural trends, potential partners and new approaches.
• Show genuine interest in creative work and help move ideas from early concepts through final execution.
• Begin thinking strategically about the client's broader goals and recommend ideas to the account lead that could improve the work or create greater business value.
• Team Collaboration & Preparedness
• Partner closely with senior team members, specialists and peers to keep accounts and projects moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project trackers, status updates, contact lists, budgets and other working documents.
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines while communicating early when timing, scope or resources may need to change.

You understand each client's business, goals, audiences and priorities. Your communication is clear, responsive and professional, and you increasingly anticipate what the client will need rather than waiting to be asked.

Project Ownership & Preparedness:

You keep timelines, deliverables, approvals and follow-ups organized. You identify next steps, prepare materials with enough lead time for thoughtful review and flag risks or opportunities early.

Proactive Problem Solving:

When something is unfamiliar or changes unexpectedly, you research options, ask the right questions, involve the right people and bring forward a practical recommendation.

Creative & Strategic Growth:

You contribute useful ideas, understand why the work matters and increasingly connect individual assignments to the client's broader marketing and business objectives.

Broader Channel Fluency:

You build working knowledge across influencer marketing, events, brand, websites, paid media and other integrated channels. You do not need to be the specialist, but you understand enough to support the work and collaborate effectively.
