Job Description
The Role
As the Off-Shift Business Manager, you will provide leadership for Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE) on 2nd shift. You will be responsible for providing direction and assistance to the team.
What You'll Do
- Communicate status to other shifts
- Champion of allocated BPD activities
- Discuss daily/weekly production plan with business managers
- Make adjustments to the schedule as needed as a result of production problems
- Allocate manpower as needed
- Maintain shift safety by audits, observation and follow up of all incidents
