Talent Management Generalist
Functional Area: Early Career/University Relations
We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Talent Management Generalist within the University Relations Team. This TM Generalist will primarily focus on full-time analyst recruitment for Huntington’s development programs, managing the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and campus engagement through candidate screening, interviews, offers, hiring, and program placement.
This individual will partner with the Early Career Full-Time Development Program team, business leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, coordinate candidate slates, and deliver positive experiences for candidates and internal stakeholders. The TM Generalist will also support internship recruitment and other early career program recruitment as business and team needs arise.
