Position Purpose:
The Operations Business Analyst - Safety Support is responsible for supporting daily safety operations and assisting with projects and initiatives that enhance safety performance across The Home Depot. This role requires analytical skills to evaluate information, identify trends, and develop insights using both quantitative and qualitative data.
Key responsibilities include supporting day-to-day safety processes, helping identify opportunities for continuous improvement, reviewing operational and safety data, coordinating cross-functional activities, and communicating findings and recommendations to partners and leaders. A successful Operations Business Analyst will demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills while supporting safety programs and field teams across the business.
