Program Manager Email Digital Campaign Execution at OneMain Financial | LAYIQ

2-3 years of marketing, program management, campaign management, direct marketing, or related experience along with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
Experience managing complex marketing initiatives from planning through execution.
Direct mail, direct-response marketing, or campaign production experience preferred.
Strong program management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven campaigns.
Experience coordinating across creative, analytics, marketing, operations, technology, and other cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data, targeting requirements, and performance metrics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with all levels of management.
Excel at fostering collaboration and influencing outcomes across cross-functional partners.
Financial services, lending, and/or credit card marketing experience is a plus.
Experience partnering with Risk, Compliance, and other control functions in a regulated environment is a plus.
This is a hybrid role based out of either our Charlotte, NC or Wilmington, DE office.
