Basic Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Wall Street Office Product Suite
- 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, support or similar role
- E xperience in a client facing role within a product/application support team
- Knowledge of financial markets and financial feeds
- Critical thinking and problem solving with attention to detail
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Comfortable managing change to Production/Business Critical applications in high-availability environments
