Property Manager I-Edgewood Village/Elk Riverview Terrace at National Church Residences | LAYIQ

High school diploma or equivalent required
3 or more years of property management experience (affordable housing preferred)
Knowledge of HUD/LIHTC programs and Fair Housing laws
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
