Sterile Processing Supervisor - Full -Time

Position

We’re seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to, under the direction of the OR Manager, provide daily leadership and operational oversight for the Sterile Processing Department. This position supervises staff and coordinates departmental workflow. The supervisor helps ensure services are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently in accordance with established policies, procedures, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements. The supervisor works alongside staff to support daily operations and surgical schedules.

Hours

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM (no weekends or holidays required)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years sterile processing experience required. Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• Education
• Required high school diploma (or GED). Sterile processing certification preferred.
