Jr. Traditional Media Manager

We're looking for a Jr. Traditional Media Manager to support our traditional media function at MeanPug. You'll work alongside our senior traditional media team, helping manage out-of-home, TV, and radio campaigns for our law firm clients. This is an internal role. You won't be client-facing, but your work directly supports the campaigns that drive results for our clients every day.

If you have a foundation in traditional media buying or planning and are looking to build real hands-on experience across OOH, broadcast, and radio in a fast-moving agency environment, this role is a strong fit.

What you'll do

• Manage OOH media buys including placement coordination, vendor communication, and creative trafficking across active client campaigns
• Assist with TV and radio post log reconciliation, ensuring spots ran as planned and flagging discrepancies for follow-up
• Track and organize creative assets across traditional media channels, ensuring the right versions are delivered to the right vendors on time
• Support the senior traditional media team with campaign reporting, pacing updates, and performance tracking
• Maintain accurate records of buys, placements, invoices, and makegoods across all active campaigns
• Coordinate with internal account strategists to align traditional media activity with broader client marketing plans
• Help identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes within the traditional media function

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience in traditional media buying, planning, or coordination, with agency experience preferred
• Basic familiarity with OOH, TV, and radio as advertising channels and how each is planned and executed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, this role involves managing a lot of moving pieces across multiple client accounts
• Comfortable working with vendor partners, tracking deadlines, and following up proactively
• Clear written communication skills for internal coordination and documentation
• Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with minimal oversight once tasks are assigned
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly Sheets and Docs for tracking and reporting
• Bonus skills (nice to have)
• Familiarity with media buying platforms or traffic management tools
• Exposure to post log analysis or broadcast reconciliation workflows
• Experience working with creative teams on asset delivery and spec compliance
• Any background in the legal industry or professional services
• Comfort with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Notion
