• Analyst to support a global
• U.S.-based client in a fully remote opportunity based in Costa

Rica.

The Treasury

Operations team performs critical back-office activities related to institutional banking relationships, cash and trade settlement management, disbursements, treasury portfolio servicing, and accounts payable/receivable processes.

As the organization continues to expand its institutional banking network and relationships with banks, brokers, custodians, and service providers, there is an increasing need to strengthen onboarding and compliance processes.

This role will support account administration, KYC management, documentation governance, and process automation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support bank account opening, maintenance, and closure activities.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for brokers, custodians, service providers, and other financial institutions.
• Collect, review, execute, and submit account opening forms, legal documents, and supporting documentation required by counterparties.
• Coordinate and support bank account recertification processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for KYC, AML, and compliance requests from banks and financial institutions.
• Maintain and improve standardized
• KYC responses, templates, and supporting documentation in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and other stakeholders.
• Track
• KYC submissions, document expirations, and renewal requirements.
• Maintain centralized repositories for agreements, onboarding records, certifications, signature authorities, and operational documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual onboarding, KYC, documentation management, and account administration processes.
• Support the design and implementation of automation solutions using
• Microsoft tools such as Power
• Automate, SharePoint, Power
• BI, and
• Excel.
• Required Experience: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-service orientation.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage time-sensitive requests.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to prepare professional institutional responses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of banking onboarding and
• KYC requirements.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and due diligence processes.
• Understanding of treasury operations and institutional banking relationships.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
