Architecture & Facilities Engineering (A&FE) is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the core team supporting the Disneyland Resort as an Owner's Representative across a diverse portfolio of our properties in Anaheim, California. You will manage the full range of mechanical systems — HVAC, central plant, and hydraulics/hydronics/compressed air — with independent ownership of above- and below-ground mechanical utilities and deep expertise in kitchen and food-and-beverage systems.
The breadth of our portfolio includes immersive attraction buildings, themed retail, destination hotels, restaurants, offices, entertainment facilities, and backstage infrastructure.
In this role, you will lead design coordination across back-of-house and guest-visible ("show") kitchen environments, apply engineering judgment on evolving design conditions beyond standard reference tables, and develop bid-level construction documents. You will act as a technical resource for colleagues with less experience, provide immediate support on reactionary projects, and partner with internal teams and outside firms to keep complex mechanical work moving safely around our guests and operations.
