About the Role:
We are looking for a technically sharp, people-first IT Support Engineer to join our RWC office. This is a critical on-site role — you will be the primary IT presence in Redwood City, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day technology operations for all RWC-based employees.

You will not just resolve tickets — you will actively identify opportunities to eliminate them through smart tooling, scripting, and workflow automation.
