Full Time Intake Assessment Registered RN
Qualifications
- Valid RN License
- Skilled in using EMR and EHR systems
- Experience in patient evaluation and care
- Capability to perform intake duties in an assessment capacity
- Facilitate nurse-to-nurse and clinical referrals
- Manage medication consents and patient property
- Collaborate with all healthcare providers and referring hospitals
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule
- Required
- Pre-employment background check and post-offer drug screen & physical required.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $47.00 - $55.00 per hour
