Implementation Manager

Please note for candidates in the San Jose area, this would be a hybrid role with 2-3/days per week on-site at our Morgan Hill office for team collaboration.

You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Serve as the main point of contact during a customer’s implementation process
• Deliver top tier customer service and support across all product areas
• Assist in training customers to ensure the successful beginning of a new customer journey
• Coordinate deliverables with various internal departments
• Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business
• Learn all about the Shopmonkey product suite and automotive industry
• We Are Looking For People Who: Have at least 2+ years of relevant experience preferred or automotive industry knowledge and experience
• Have a clear, professional, friendly and informative communication style
• Enjoy creative problem solving and taking on new challenges
• Have exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to multi-task
• Are self-directed learners and highly motivated to succeed
• Thrive in a dynamic & collaborative startup environment, and are comfortable with ambiguity
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving customer needs
• Have a related education background (Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Are familiar with a SaaS business models and tools
• Nice to have: A true appreciation for cars and/or are familiar with the automotive industry!
• Are bilingual in Spanish/English
• In the United States the range is typically a salary of $60,000 to $70,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
• The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. Consult with your Recruiter during the initial call to determine a more targeted range based on these job-related factors. In addition to this base compensation company stock options and benefits as outlined below are included.
