Distribution Picker at The Campbell's Company | LAYIQ

High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations.
Basic comfort using warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice-picking systems.
Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
Strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and workplace organization.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequently use hands for handling, grasping, and manipulating materials.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance as needed.
Ability to work while standing and walking for extended periods.
Visual abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision, and focus adjustment.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE… (NICE TO HAVE)
Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or material handling experience.
Experience operating electric pallet jacks or other powered industrial equipment.
Certification to operate warehouse equipment.
Experience using RF scanning devices, voice-picking systems, or warehouse management technology.
Familiarity with food manufacturing, food distribution, or consumer goods environments.
Experience participating in Continuous Improvement or 5S initiatives.
Work Environment
Warehouse environment with moderate noise levels.
Exposure to varying operational demands based on production schedules and business needs.
Requires adherence to all safety, food safety, and housekeeping standards.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
