The Amazon North America (NA) Operations Finance Team is looking for a talented, customer service obsessed, resourceful and self-motivated Executive Assistant to help support two (2) Finance Directors in a fast paced environment. This role requires an in office presence five (5) days a week in our Bellevue, Washington location.
You will possess a keen sense of urgency and demonstrate the capacity to execute assignments autonomously with sound judgment. Essential qualities include meticulous attention to detail, ability to respond effectively using exceptional writing and editing proficiency, proven experience in event planning and building mechanisms to create efficiency.
This role requires a strong sense of ownership, composure under pressure, customer-centric orientation, and consistent adherence to deadlines. You will have superior organizational and tracking abilities, and agility in rapidly shifting priorities.
