The Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) organization is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Global Vice President of Workplace Health and Safety. WHS is a high-impact, high-visibility organization that requires an EA with a high degree of integrity, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex and competing priorities with confidence. You will operate as a true strategic partner to the VP, driving operational excellence through complex calendar management, travel planning, and organizational rhythms.
You will work closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure the VP's office runs seamlessly. This role is based in Bellevue, WA.
As the Lead EA, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the VP and senior leadership team, someone who anticipates needs, connects dots across the organization, and drives outcomes without waiting to be asked. You will also directly manage and mentor the Second EA within the VP's office, ensuring a resilient two-EA model with well-defined responsibilities and consistent, high-quality delivery.
