About the Team
The AMXL Operations Center (XLOC) Business Analytics team drives operational excellence across the Amazon Extra Large network by delivering strategic, data-driven solutions. We partner with AMXL operations leaders to enable smarter decisions through QuickSight dashboard development, advanced SQL and Python analytics, VBA and process automation, and deep-dive analysis that directly improves customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team in a huge growth area for Amazon.
The Role
We are looking for a Data and Reporting Analyst who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and has a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable insights/reporting. In this role, you will design and maintain QuickSight dashboards that give operations leaders real-time visibility into network performance, develop automated data pipelines and workflows that eliminate manual reporting burden, and build reusable tools and solutions that scale across the AMXL organization.
