Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Head of Research Operations & Innovation to own first party customer research strategy and operations for content testing globally across 3 Studios - US/Global Series, US/Global Movies, and International Originals. This includes oversight of survey operations, vendor management, and strategic initiatives.
We are looking for someone to raise the bar on Prime Video Customers’ experience with Amazon Preview, an internal panel of Prime Video Customers that provides first-party survey capability for Amazon MGM Studios. This leader will define how Amazon Preview delivers faster, more frictionless experiences for Prime Video customers and raise the bar on innovative survey strategies, tools, and methodologies.
This includes strategic initiatives that automate and scale research activities while still delivering on local nuance and high-quality research.
