The Senior Learning Experience Designer for Certification & eLearning designs and develops Amazon Ads certification exam content and self-paced eLearning courses for the Amazon Ads Growth Marketing Education team. This role applies the ADDIE framework to create high-quality assessments, interactive learning modules, and supporting educational content that enables advertisers, partners, and internal teams to build proficiency with Amazon Ads products.
The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design skills with certification assessment expertise and leverages AI to accelerate content creation at scale.
