Head of GTM Creative, Devices Brand Studio

Device Brand Studio, an internal agency within the Devices group at Amazon, is seeking an experienced Head of GTM Creative to lead how our brands come to market, across launch campaigns, product reveals, and the full go-to-market moment, for Amazon Devices. This role owns creative direction for launch storytelling and campaign execution across large programs and initiatives, including new-to-world and new-to-Amazon launches.

The ideal candidate has deep experience translating brand and product strategy into launch creative, from campaign platforms and key art to product storytelling across owned, earned, and retail channels, and knows how to make a launch feel coherent whether a customer encounters it in a hero video, a detail page, a store, or a press moment.

You will guide and manage a creative team of creative directors and brand designers in developing integrated launch campaigns, then iterate as you factor in customer, business, and operational requirements. You will pitch launch platforms and creative strategies, not singular executions, to stakeholders, and set the broader team up to execute against a clear point of view.
