Amazon's Customer Service UX Studio is looking for a Senior UX Designer to reimagine how data intelligence drives customer experience improvements. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights and ready-to-implement plans. You will go far beyond a typical dashboard experience—designing an interconnected suite of experiences that blend the voice of Amazon's customers with business reporting, trend analysis, and agentic workflow design.
