We are searching for a Creative Manager who will report to the Creative Hub Manager and lead end-to-end creative production for Amazon's New York Creative Hub. This is a people manager role: the successful candidate will directly manage a team of Art Directors, Videographers, and creative professionals, owning their development, performance, and day-to-day direction.
The Creative Manager will oversee project management, coordinate with Producers on production schedules and budgets, and other stakeholders (who are cross-functional partners, not direct reports), and drive creative excellence across video, LED production, photography, and motion content. This person must also have a strong understanding of generative AI tools and their application in creative workflows, as well as LED production technologies.
