Our team is seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to support the programming and coordination of sustainable building designs for customer fulfillment and logistics building programs. Our team strives to design and innovate on the leading edge for operations, supply chain, and fulfillment. Our team is looking for a qualified individual with a track record of working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
This position will work extensively with project stakeholders, business teams, and other internal/external partners to define, create, implement, and execute new projects through their lifecycle. Our ideal candidate will have experience at various stages of development including, but not limited to due diligence, conceptual design, estimating, contract management, people management, procurement, and permitting.
Successful candidates have experience or backgrounds in the Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Architecture, or Engineering disciplines. This opportunity combines design, engineering, planning, project management, facilities management, and contract management. Candidates will be expected to create and present documentation for senior executives from time to time while in role.
