You will use data analytics, AI tools, and financial fundamentals to support standardization and automation across finance processes, contributing to efforts that reduce manual work by 40-50%. This role offers an opportunity to participate in transforming traditional financial reporting through AI-enabled automation while delivering insights that help optimize supply chain operations.
In this position, you will support the development of scalable financial controllership frameworks that grow independently of building count and enable the transformation from a site-centric to hub-based structure. You'll analyze operational metrics to produce financial insights, help balance standardization with network-specific needs, and execute on AI-enabled finance transformation initiatives that have tangible business impact.
