Finance Manager , Amazon Leo Finance

The Leo Infrastructure Finance team seeks a Finance Manager to partner with the Production Operation team in a manufacturing setting, managing multi-billion dollar production operations.

This role will own the strategy, governance and oversight of New Product Introduction end-to-end decision systems that feed our financials, partnering with key business experts to validate system inputs, and propose strategies to improve decision-making across the organization.

The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. The team needs a self-starter who can work efficiently and autonomously while managing complex multi-stakeholder coordination across highly ambiguous environments characterized by dynamic production schedules, unpredictable demand forecasts, evolving supply chain constraints, and shifting manufacturing requirements.
