The North America Center of Excellence (HCE) team supports headcount and cost related activities for all roles within our NA Operations across multiple logistics and fulfillment businesses. Our finance team partners with the business to support this rapidly expanding business while continuing to delight our customers. The team seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join the NA Operations HCE to support one of our growing and expanding businesses. This role offers opportunities to grow your career as you engage on one of the many facets of our world-class operations network, You will have the opportunity to interact with executive leadership and grow your skills working across complex organizations.
This role partners closely with a broad range of finance and operations leaders who share a common goal of delivering the Best in Class delivery experience. This role supports business and finance stakeholders across North America and other regions, owning corporate planning and reporting, headcount decisions, and a HC policy playbook that drives standardization, automation, and consistency across multiple business lines.
