The Manager, Technical Operations owns the performance and delivery of Amazon's in-region postponement factory operations. You will lead a team of Senior Operations Program Managers and Senior Site Technical Managers responsible for factory readiness, production launch, process development, and sustained operations. You define team strategy, set goals, and drive cross-functional execution to deliver programs on time, at low cost, and at high quality.
You build and grow a high-performing team capable of solving complex manufacturing problems in a fast-paced, automation-focused environment.
Key job responsibilities
As the Manager, Site Technical Operations, you:
own the performance, delivery, and development of a team of Senior Operations Program Managers and Senior Site Technical Managers across factory readiness, process development, and sustained operations; define team goals and strategy by working backwards from customer problems and business needs, including capacity planning, cost targets, yield goals, and on-time delivery commitments; set program priorities with the team. Align resources across Engineering, Quality, Automation, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners.
