Amazon Industrial Robotics is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and motivated Hardware Functional Safety Engineer to define and design safety-relevant controls for robotics systems and industrial equipment. This candidate should be motivated to adapt well-tried design and safety principles and industrial safety standards into a new and emerging industry.
The preferred candidate would have demonstrated experience developing embedded control systems, experience with machine safety and/or functional safety standards, and possess excellent communication skills.
