The HRBP role exists to power the trajectory of the business by ensuring Amazon has the right talent mix, senior leadership, and capabilities, to innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences. HRBPs serve as the leaders of people and organizational strategy, accelerating business outcomes through the diagnosis, development, and execution of integrated solutions. HRBPs start with the business first and speak the language of the business.
As deeply embedded partners, they build trusted relationships with senior leaders, enabling them to effectively coach, act as change agents, and influence critical decisions around talent and organizational design to drive business results. HRBPs are Trusted Advisors and are members of the business leadership team, expected to have perspectives on the intersections of people and business strategy in a variety of forms. They are accountable for overall PXT effectiveness.
