As a Recruiting Business Partner (RBP), you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to assigned business units within Leo. You will own the recruiting strategy for your client group, partner closely with senior leadership to understand business needs, develop comprehensive talent strategies, and drive hiring outcomes that support Leo's aggressive growth objectives.
