The Technical Architect on the Leo LX (Learning Experience) team within Leo ProdOps is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs that support warehouse operations, leadership development, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally with site leadership, content architects, and operational stakeholders to create scalable, learner-centered training experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation skills with instructional design expertise to drive measurable learning outcomes across the Leo ProdOps network.
