We’re looking for a Sr. Technical Enablement Lead to join our team, who will own the technical enablement strategy for eero’s ISP and MSP partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is obsessed with partner success, forward-thinking with creativity, and passionate about building scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key job responsibilities
Define, develop, and maintain technical enablement playbooks for ISP and MSP partners, ensuring content is current, actionable, and aligned to partner maturity stages
Design and deliver preboarding and onboarding programs that drive measurable business impact, including partner activation rates, time-to-first-deployment, and subscriber satisfaction
