As an Amazon Ads Legal Associate Corporate Counsel, you will advise on a range of legal matters, conduct product counseling, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide practical guidance that helps teams move quickly and confidently. You will work across functions to deliver clear, actionable legal advice on issues that matter — from commercial agreements to regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will be the principal legal support for IMDb, including IMDb's contracts, ad services, customer experiences, licensing, compliance, and much more. You will work directly with senior business leaders, providing guidance across an array of issues. In addition to supporting IMDb, this role also includes providing guidance and thought leadership on emerging AI initiatives that cut across Amazon businesses.
