Amazon Transportation Services have built world-class Middle Mile operations, which rely on an exceptional pool of carriers who work relentlessly to meet our customers’ expectations. TRC is looking for a high-judgment individual to join us as a Transportation Risk Specialist, responsible for making our compliance and monitoring programs run better, faster, and smarter, while safeguarding the health of the organization and driving a culture of compliance both internally and externally.
The right candidate is someone who understands compliance and monitoring environments well enough to spot what's inefficient, and has the technical capability to fix it or architect the fix. The successful candidate will be comfortable inheriting ambiguity, reshaping processes that aren't working, and building solutions that scale. They will have exceptional attention to detail and strong data-driven and tech mindset and capabilities, but also excellent soft skills for stakeholder management and earning teams' trust.
