Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced, innovative company? Come support ground-breaking storytelling at Amazon MGM Studios. We’re seeking a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support our rapidly evolving original programming slates.
In this role, you’ll be a critical legal partner for our feature-length motion picture group, with opportunities to support the scripted television series group, managing all legal aspects from development through production. You'll dive into intricate legal frameworks for motion picture and streaming projects, analyzing and drafting agreements to protect against legal risks while empowering storytellers to create compelling programming.
Key job responsibilities
Structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of agreements for scripted series and motion picture projects, including rights option/purchase and acquisition agreements, key above-the-line agreements such as writer, producer and director agreements, first look and overall agreements, production services agreements, and co-production agreements.
