Join Amazon's Legal Department as an Associate Contracts Manager and shape how we build trusted partnerships across our technology ecosystem. You'll review, draft, and negotiate critical contracts that enable Amazon and AWS to innovate at scale, while collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes and solve complex business challenges.
Key job responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including hosted services agreements, software licensing agreements, professional services agreements, amendments, and non-disclosure agreements
- Provide day-to-day legal counsel to business clients on transactions, processes, and communications, helping them navigate complex commercial relationships
- Identify and implement process improvements across the legal team to enhance efficiency and consistency in handling commercial matters
