Amazon Web Services (AWS) keynotes reach millions of viewers and shape how the world understands cloud and AI. Behind every keynote is a team that turns complex technical ideas into clear, compelling stories for our biggest stages. We are looking for a Program Manager II to run the programs that bring these keynotes to life, coordinating across executives, content creators, product teams, and design partners to deliver presentations on time and at a high quality bar.
If you are organized, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of managing high-visibility programs where the details matter, this role puts you at the center of how AWS communicates its most important innovations.
Key job responsibilities
Own the end-to-end keynote development program, defining milestones, tracking deliverables, mitigating risks, and keeping production on schedule across multiple workstreams.
Coordinate with executives, product teams, content leads, and design partners to align on themes, messaging, and priorities for each keynote.
