The Head of North America ISV Marketing at AWS leads the organization responsible for both direct and partner marketing strategy, planning and execution for independent software organisations (ISV) in US and Canada. This role develops and executes strategic, data-driven marketing programs to, with and through partners to drive demand and revenue, managing partner coverage, joint marketing plans, MDF planning and approval processes.
The role is responsible for both partner-led and AWS-led demand generation programs via targeted motions, like ABM and scale mechanisms. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience building, leading and developing large, complex marketing teams that grow customer demand globally. The candidate will be able to demonstrate communication skills, analytical capabilities, deep understanding of the marketing mix, and proven ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
