Sr. Manager, PM and Growth Marketing, Devices Marketing

Amazon Devices—the team behind Echo, Kindle, Fire TV, Ring, Blink, eero, and more—is seeking a Sr. Manager of Product Management and Growth Marketing to own the vision for how we accelerate profitable demand and grow customer lifetime value across the way customers discover and buy Devices online.

You will own a strategic roadmap and vision for growing Devices sales through the online customer journey. You drive clarity and create the frameworks and mechanisms that enable the organization to act. You lead a team of PMs accountable for topline business outcomes: accelerating demand, improving conversion from discovery through purchase, and growing customer lifetime value across the portfolio.

Marketing strategy, segmentation, targeting, and experimentation are levers your team applies in service of those outcomes, not ends in themselves.

You hold the tension between business outcomes and customer experience honestly, keeping customer experience as the primary lens when they conflict. You develop recognized expertise in the Devices customer, engaging directly with senior decision-makers to uncover what customers need, not just what they ask for. You apply one-way and two-way door judgment to high-stakes decisions with long-term implications for how we grow the business, and you make sophisticated judgment calls when data is incomplete.
